Any one have any idea of the type and amount of fluid that goes in an 04 silverado transfercase? I just completed U-joints and rear axle fluid change. 80,000 miles on her, great running truck! I guess the last step will be the front axle fluid change.

Two easy ways to find out. 1. Call a chevy dealer and ask for service, ask and they will give you a GM number and vis etc. Then call Parts store for crossreferance.
2. Go to local library and ask for repair manuls in reference section of Library and look up your yr. and truck model. Both Free

if you have auto 4x4 then you need to use the GM fluid AUTOTRAK-II
