Comanche Throwback
These rare trucks have a history of popping up in the Truck U shop. Bruno and Matt tackle some metal work to this Comanche’s fenders, showing how to run a larger tire and get the ultimate amount of clearance. The guys also throwback to previous Comanches they’ve had in the shop and learn where they are now.
Basic Beach Jeep JL
This 2 door Jeep JL is currently the best deal out there for an open-air vehicle for cruising to the beach and around town on nice days. Matt and Bruno toss the hard top for an easy-to-use soft top and add some additional versatility to the doors. The guys also add some creature comforts any base jeep should have for everyday use.
Build for Off Road Support Truck
Matt is getting ready to take Willie’s Jeep from Two Guys Garage and another support rig all the way across the country for the Build for Off Road Adventure Ride. He and Bruno will set up the truck to carry as much gear as possible, as well as haul the two-car trailer. They guys also need to do some trailer maintenance before everything heads out west.
Boosted EcoBoost
The owner of this Raptor wants more power for the street. Bruno and Matt will show how any F150 Ecoboost 3.5 can get instant power with an upgraded turbo kit. They’ll also provide protection for some expensive items under the truck, as well as give the owner options for exhaust sound level.
Under Pressure C10 Repair
This C10 is owned by a retired veteran who runs a pressure washing business. He’s tired of long warm-ups and poor stopping power. Matt and Bruno will address both of these issues with a new intake and carb setup and a completely new brake system. The guys will also get it sitting a little lower with some simple parts.
Adventure Tacoma
This Tacoma is owned by an active family that loves the outdoors. Bruno and Matt get it set up to carry more gear and ride a whole lot better.
Adventure CJ7
It is Matt’s and Bruno’s turn to do some upgrades on Willie B’s CJ7 that will be headed out to California on the Build For Off Road Adventure Ride. They work on the gears and axles, as well as give it a custom set of bead locks. They also get some custom brake lines built for another vehicle that will be joining the Adventure Ride.
Bronco and the Future
The Bronco in the Truck U shop this week already looks great, but Matt and Bruno want to make it a lot better with just two simple things. First, they’ll make the 4cyl sound great and give it modern creature comforts not found on any convertible sport utility. Then, the guys will get to play with some futuristic technology.
Jeep Scrambler Part 2
The Jeep Scrambler project Matt and Bruno started earlier this year is back in the Truck U shop and ready for some more work. The guys work to get the body ready for paint and start placing the drivetrain so that when the body is off getting worked on, the chassis can continue being built.
Mobile Mechanic
Today’s economy is tough, and everyone is looking to make an extra buck. That’s why the owner of this Ram 2500 is looking to get his mobile mechanic business off the ground, and he has asked for a little help. Matt and Bruno will outfit this mobile mechanic’s truck with a safe place for his tools, plus everything he’ll need to get the job done.
